To say that I am satisfied seems like an understatement. We woke up this morning with no hot water and a pilot light that would not stay lit. They came out within a couple hours and fixed the issue. I can honestly say that I don't think I have ever had such a wonderful service from a repair company before. Steve went out of his way to make sure the job was done right and that I was happy. Not only was the response time incredible and the repair reasonable but Steve was very pleasant and easy to talk with. I feel so lucky that I made the right call today.

Very smooth and seamless process from start to finish! Called on Friday and they set it up for first thing Monday. Professional gentleman was very clear about the process and explaining important things to know. He estimated 3 hours to replace the water heater but was done in a little over 2 hours. The price is reasonable and best of all I have a longer-lasting "contractors grade" water heater which you can't get at the big box stores. Not to mention the warranties will provide great peace of mind. Very pleased overall!
