The best company anyone can ask for in an emergency situation. We woke up to our apartment flooded at 3:30AM and Alfonso picked up and was immediately a help. He got here in about an hour and was extremely helpful as we have never been in this type of situation before. He got the water turned off and even found the source of the leak. He was quick to clear out all of the water flooding our apartment and gave a lot of tips on what the next steps are to prevent mold or any other damage from the water. I can’t stress how helpful he was during such a stressful situation, remaining calm and answering all our questions. I will definitely always recommend Neptune to anyone and everyone. I had a water leak from my shower valve in my upstairs bathroom. Neptune Restoration was recommended to my by a close and trustworthy friend. From the minute I called to when they walked off my porch, the employees were very knowledgeable , they were polite and friendly. In addition they were very courteous to the fact that I was experiencing a pretty serious water loss. They brought me peace of mind and ease as they walked in ready to tackle the job. They quickly turned it all around and within 5 days had my place dried up. Although I couldn’t get my insurance company to budge on this issue, I’m so happy to have trusted Neptune Restoration with taking care of my home. Highly recommend their services!
