Truly excellent experience with this company. I called on a Tuesday, got a quote on Wednesday, and had a new furnace installed on Thursday. The other company I called couldn't even get out to me for a quote for 2 weeks. Garret and Tyler did a phenomenal job working their butts off to get me set up in one day and were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and honest during the initial consultation. Price was very fair, customer service was impeccable, and work quality was outstanding.

Grasshopper Heating and Cooling was wonderful from start to finish. Booking an appointment was easy and they called the day of the appointment to let us know the ETA. Matt took extra time to explain how things worked, patiently answered our many questions, and issues with our heating system were addressed quickly. The entire team of people we communicated with (Matt, Conner, Justin, and others - I cannot recall all the names!) were polite and professional.
